In this day and age of stratospherically priced designer bags, it is still possible to find nice quality bags at a relatively decent price......Here is what I came up with:
The following bags from Banana Republic are a great choice - even better if you have one of those 40% off one item coupons, plus watch for web and store promotions. The one in the middle is the most expensive but has a beautiful braided handle (this comes is a lovely yellow and cognac also).

I couldn't help but go over budget at Piperlime as this Kooba was just too hard to resist.

Last Call Neiman Marcus had some attractive options too - even more enticing with the additional % off that they are offering.
