Taste is something new from the folks at Gilt.  Just think of it as a Dean and Deluca on steroids - a virtual foodie oasis, but don't forget your checkbook. 

Haute delicacies come at haute prices to be exact......albeit one of the most expensive items on the site, the D'artagnan Spanish Mangalica Ham rings in at $549. Now that you have picked yourself up off the floor, I did find the GoVino Champagne flutes pictured above for $25.90 for 8 (bpa free polymer), which are perfect for picnics, tailgating, at the pool. I am a tad surpised not to find wine on offer too, perhaps an additional site in the future?

So if fine meats, rare mushrooms, caviar and decadent cheeses and sweets are your thing check it out tomorrow with all the regular Gilt offerings.
